東日本大震災で大きな被害を受けた志津川地区の事業者が集まり、2012年に仮設商店街として開設後、2017年に本設商店街に移行しました。震災後、かつての町の中心部を8.3ｍほどかさ上げした高台の造成地に28店が軒を連ね、賑わい再生の拠点となっています。
　Businesses in the Shizugawa area, which were severely damaged by the Great East Japan Earthquake, gathered, opened as a temporary shopping district in 2012, and moved to a main shopping district in 2017. After the earthquake, 28 shops were lined up on a hill where the former town center was raised about 8.3m, making it a bustling base for regeneration.

○迎-ムカエル- （宮城県気仙沼市）
MUKAERU （Miyagi pref. Kesennuma City）
東日本大震災で甚大な被害を受けた「気仙沼の顔」であった内湾地区（気仙沼湾奥）の賑わい再生を図るための観光集客拠点として2019年4月にオープンした商業施設です。洋食レストランや和食店、カフェなどの飲食店やサメ革専門店、衣料品のお店が入っており、グルメやショッピングを楽しむことができます。海側に設けられたテラスからは気仙沼湾が一望でき、気仙沼らしさを感じられる場所の一つです。2019年度グッドデザイン賞を受賞しました。

○山元いちご農園 （宮城県山元町）
Yamamoto Strawberry Farm （Miyagi pref. Yamamoto Town）
宮城県の沿岸南部にある亘理町・山元町は、東北一と言われるいちご産地を形成していましたが、東日本大震災の津波により栽培施設の95％が倒壊や冠水などの壊滅的な被害を受けました。山元いちご農園もその一つであり、現在は、面積3万2千平方メートルの敷地に、いちご23万本が生い茂る東北最大級のいちご農園として、いちごを軸にワイナリーやハーブなど、年間を通して幅広くお楽しみいただけますような観光農園を目指しています。
