■About Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, TOKYO
Though originally constructed as an imperial garden, it was re-designated as a national garden after the Second World War and opened to the public, offering us a place to relax, as an oasis in the city.
With 58.3 ha(144 acres) in size, it is considered to be one of the few fine landscape gardens in Japan.

■About Okayama Korakuen Garden, Okayama
The garden is designed in a way that allows us to enjoy the change of the sceneries while walking through, from vast green lawn to ponds to miniature hills that are connected by the garden paths and streams. It’s given 3 stars by Michelin Green Guide Japan.
Across the river that runs aside the garden is the Okayama Castle, allowing us to do a sightseeing at once.
