For the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and the United Arab Emirates, the Tokyo Metropolitan Board of Education participated in a mutual exchange with a Middle Eastern country for the first time. This collaboration was to promote multicultural coexistence in the next generation through high school student exchanges.
